3. Do I need to upload a photo of the headstone?
Uploading a photo is optional but highly recommended. It helps our team ensure the most precise replication of the headstone’s details and layout.

4. How long does the process take?
Once you submit your form and approve the proof, production starts and typically takes 7-14 business days, plus shipping.

5. Can I make changes after reviewing the proof?
Yes! We’ll send you a proof to review before production begins. You can request adjustments at this stage to ensure complete satisfaction.

6. What comes with my Honor Stone?

7. Is there a limit to how many I can order?
No. You’re welcome to order multiple Honor Stones if you’d like to share them with family members or display them in different locations.

8. Do you offer custom engravings or personal messages?
Currently, we replicate the military headstone details to maintain authenticity. However, if you would like to create your own version, that is also a possibility

9. How is my Honor Stone shipped?
We securely package every order to ensure it arrives safely.

10. What if I receive a damaged product?
If your Honor Stone arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll promptly resolve the issue.

11. Does my family member need to have a current military headstone to receive an Honor Stone?
No, they don’t need to have a military headstone. The Honor Stone is a personal tribute and can be created for any service member, regardless of whether they have an official marker. Just fill out the service details in the form before adding the Honor Stone to your cart — we'll take care of the rest.

12. Can I still order an Honor Stone if they were cremated or don't have a military stone?
Yes, absolutely. Honor Stones are created to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans regardless of their burial type or whether they have a military headstone. Whether your loved one was cremated, buried privately, or memorialized in another way, you can still order an Honor Stone as a personal tribute to their military service.
